Simple, you can use the board firmware for your P20Lite to recover the phone. From there just install any other build, or rebrand it to another region. The factory firmware for ANE is available

So, you can ask Vademaras for the Board Software for ANE, it already exists, they need to download and make it available here. Install it alone on Dc Phoenix, then go to HCU and customize Vendor, Country, SN and then install full firmware plus update package with Dc Phoenix.
