i have mate 10 lite rne-l21 stuck at system error.flash with dc phoenix recovery failed but system flash but not entering in upgrade mode..custmer tell me that he just rooted the phone on oreo version RNE-L21 8.0.0.315(C185)

but this firmware not found in any web soo kindly give me solution i just buy dc phoenix just for this handset

If phone does not boot up after flashing board software alone like adviced in dc-phoenix guide then no solution.

I need to request the correct FULL STOCK FIRMWARE for DC-Phoenix for the following phone as I'm stuck at Method 2 Step 2, it's "suppose" to boot, but my phone still can't boot. It can only boot to fastboot, therefore, I can't get to Manufacture mode to do HCU repair!
