L21HNC10B120 is a OTA update version and we won't have it sadly. You need either same or higher, you can not downgrade device like that.

Yes, this is the file. There is no such model as LX1, X stands for any number. There is not a single firmware released by Huawei for any LX1.

Sorry, we do not make such specific firmwares, you may select on DC-phoenix what partitions you want to flash and which you do not in advanced mode. Firmware version you are asking for already exists on support area.
