please help use b970

I have a huawei b970.After i used dc unlocker it shows like this:

But if i want to use it with mobile partner it says:
The sim/usim card has not been detected or is invalid.

Can you please help me for this?

Was there sim inserted when you were detectind it? If so, then try detecting without sim inserted. If lock status is locked, then you need to unlock it. If lock status is unlocked again, then you can try to use not customized connection software. You can download it here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads...mised_managers

I checked the b970 with and without sim card.Same result: unlocked.
I used non customized software and I have same result:"The sim/usim card has not been detected or is invalid"
Could it be because of other reasons?(meybe like customized firmware?)

Sure used non customized software from our web page? Be sure your sim card is working. Try to insert other provider sim card.

I tried the first sim card in diffrent modem.result:it works
I tried diffrent provider sim card that works in diffrent modem. same mesaage:sim card not detected.
I always use mobile partner from your site.
DC-unlocker always sais unlocked.
What other reason could there be?

If same message with all sim cards, that card not detected, most of all there is modem (modem sim connector) problem.

back with update from phone company

I called the service supplier where i got the b970 from.
They told me that the router is set up to recognize only specific sim cards.
They said that it is firmware locked.
What do you think about this?

Any ideea why this is not working?(or is there another way to do firm. update?)

how can I change dashboard on B970??

Hy.
I managed to update the firmware,and now it recognizes all types of sim cards.I can use in modem mode(with mobile partner) with any service provider.(see attached)
Looks like Huawei can restrict the sim cards that the modem recognizes by firmware.
The new problem that I can't use in router mode with any provider(works only in Vodafone):dashboard on the router doesn't allow me to change the connection profile settings in order for me to use B970 in router mode with other service providers.
Is there a way to update the dashboard?
