Try to restart modem, software and repeat unlock.
If that will not help, try to reinstall it on pc, check if it appears in device manager under modems and ports lines, make sure you use auto detect option. No other modem/phone should be connected to pc.
Try to unlock with sim/without sim inside the modem as well.

sorry problem solved using dc unlocker client

For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.

Hi, when I try to unlock MF691, program after read some parameters close itself.
Tested on two computers with XP and 8.1 with two sw versions on modems with same result. Need older version 25 to test. Please give me the direct link or help me within please!

Repeat unlocking again then. Launch software as administrator - right click on program icon select "run as administrator".
