ok please chk this ip 96.8.235.203 also my user name is either Michael Alaniz or Michaelalaniz and when i chk pasword status the dc unlocker software return a message that im waiting on validation and i cant use what i paid for....

If you made a payment via paypal then log into email box which is linked to paypal account, there will be a mail that contains verificationlink, after you click it accountwill be verified and accessible, please check spam box as well.

Do not run cmd while working on dc-unlocker, block removed now can try to log in.

You got blocked because tried using USB sharing while workign with dc-unlocker. It's not allowed. Please do not use any of such kind software/service while working with dc-unlocker. Block now removed.

i do not have usb sharing application installed at the time this error occured not before and after, please make warning in dc-unlocker software or make it close another open application that might have been resulting in blocking, because waiting to unblock while we got customers waiting wanted to unlock at that certain moment is surely going to make customers go away

We can not control users computer or alter processes that are turned on. What's forbidden to use while working with dc-unlocker is mentioned in user agreement - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/user_agreement

No block on your dongle. Could you write ip address that you use? Maybe it is blocked.
