No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.Originally posted by carloslopez View Post

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.Originally posted by sachi.zigo View Post
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can only suggest to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.

Hello, guys! I got error 3-4 times before i managed to uninstall all the software that was interacting with dc-unlocker. Now i guess my account is blocked because when i try to unlock i get this error:

Hi there,
I have a huawei E3372h-153 and i bought credits to unlock the network oparator and im using a clean and updated version of windows 7 to use the dc-unlocker software but i get the error 62 code when trying to unlock and i was wondering if it was caused by being blocked?.

Be sure that you have other internet connection, not from modem which you try to unlock.Originally posted by seanyboy13uk View Post

If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics:
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "10". OK > OK > Close
Unfortunately, but your modem version is not supported for unlock.Comment

I got the Error code 62 Unlock Failed too when I want to unlock a SierraWireless/Netgear USB 306 cell key. When I check the server status, there is no problem, I can connect to the server. So why do I got the error if I can connect to the server?
