Are you able to log into server when this modem is disconnected from pc? if you can then you need to check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings, if you still can't log into server when modem is disconnected from pc then provide ip address that you connect from as it might be blocked. -
