    hello,

    i just made a payment and i recieved a mail that my account is bocked.
    and i didnt receive any mail on how to activate it on my paypal email.
    Is there any help you can do to unblock the account
    please.

    No blocks on your account, if you can;t log in and get message account blocked provide IP address from which you try to log in, otherwise provide exact error message you receive.

    I encounter the same problem as many of your users : my account was blocked as I tried to iteratively find the 'prohibited' process, and I did not receive any unblocking link when creating my account (neither in spam). Can you please unblock my account and give us at the same time a descriptive list of processes you prohibit (at least name of products).

    Remote unlocking with dongle is not possible and not allowed. You will be blocked if remote unlocking detected.

    Sorry, do not understand. If you want to unlock your modem detect it with both com ports on dc-unlocker software, then press "do job" button.

    There are no blocks on your user account. Make sure you are not using proxy and not connecting from VPN as then connection will always fail. Can try to disable firewall and antivirus software temporarily as they may block connection as well.
