Still same i have reinstalled drivers and checked it on a new computer also when this device was locked it used to get connected without any problem now it doesn't connect after i have unlocked it

Yes but its visible as a network adapter

Device must be visible in ports section for it to be detected on HHS firmware writer. Make sure you are using latest HHS firmware writer, it exists hilink modem for devices automatically, monitor device manager when you launch firmware writer soft, see if device disappears from network adapters and appears under "other devices" section. Otherwise you can try to exit hilink mode manually like shown here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-h...witch-to-ports

After connecting device and launching software it appears in other devices but software is still not detecting it

If it appears in other devices means you need to install usb drivers for it for device to become detectable. Drivers can be found on our support area.

Hi Valdemaras,

Here I have an Orange (Fr) Airbox modem (must be E5372s-32?)..

I need for firmware "Airbox_Update_21.270.07.01.314.exe" in support area.

After a successfull firmware update via original Huawei flasher "E5372_Update_21.290.21.00.00.exe", I cannot go back to customized 21.270.07.01.314 Orange version.

The downgrade process show "ERROR CODE 16: Failed to switch the download mode", and modem still locked on Huawei logo.

Only AFTER this step, I read the note on 1st post "Supports flashing new customized firmwares (21.290<...>) - Note that after update to this new type of firmware, writing back old/previous firmware won't be possible at the moment. Appropriate message will pop up on program before flashing to secure user from fault".....

There is any hope to restore back the better customized firmware?
Note that in normal operation it install only one COM PORT (PC UI Interface) once connected to PC via USB cabe.

At the moment unfortunately there isn't any method to downgrade it to previous or other firmware if you have updated it to 21.290<..>, this one is signed and does not allow to flash back to standard firmwares that does not have such signature.

It's only 21.290<...> that has signature on it, other firmwares will work as they used to.

You want us to convert this file into flashable one via HHS firmware writer? Or what you've mean to check it?
It doesn't seem that download would work from this page however.
