I can't unbrick my P20.
Since I tried to update my P20 to EMUI 9 it changed my phone version from EML tp CLT.. So my phone is rebooting every 10 or 20 seconds..

Plz, explain is it possible to rebrand Honor 7c Pro from LND-AL30 to LND-L29.
I have 1 problem: after writing oeminfo and change country settings I cannot flash phone via fastboot (command not allowed) bcz
there is FRP lock. Then i write back chinese OEMINFO FRP lock disappeared, but I need to rebrand...
How many credits I need to flash phone? Or only timed licence?

There is no guarantee that it is possible to do it. Think you would need to flash it via dc-phoenix.
