I called Verizon customer service yesterday for unlock request. But, they don't seem to allow this device to be unlocked. CSR could not find the doc to unlock it, and she thought it was already sold unlocked (which is not true).

Yet, I find this device is sold unlocked in UK.
So, there got to be a way.

Stupidly enough, when I called Verizon to see if they could unlock the device, the "Global Support Rep" said all 4G mobile broadband devices were already unlocked but you could only use a foreign sim specified to mobile broadband data plans. Wish they could get it together and didn't realize wrong information...
