Sorry! I come from in Vietnamese, My English is so bad.
Sorry, dc-unlocker does not repair broken modems, we are not responsible for that pc restarted during flashing process. If modem is not detected with at least one port then you won't be able to restore it using our flashing software. Maybe local gsm shop can restore it as it will require other equipment.

There might have been nv item file saved on your pc in directory of the qualcomm writer when you did first time flashing, you could try to use it to write nv backup to device if you still have it. Otherwise sorry, you won't be able to restore your modem then with zte qualcomm flasher.

This message is not related to your modem, it means that there is no dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle connected to pc, therefore software won't launch, sorry without one of them you won't be able to use this solution.

Try to check manufacturers page or operators page that device was purchased from.

Then only way to run original firmware updater. After firmware updater will see modem modem should exit download mode.
