    Guys I am having problem with my device. It's RNE-L21 also known as Huawei Mate 10 Lite. I have bricked it and now i bought some credits to fix it. Here's the log:

    I bought the phone with CUST738 but I'm trying to flash cust432. can that be a problem ? Basically the phone restarts, and is stuck on 5% update and that's it. It reboots after a while but goes into a bootloop.
    If so...how can I change cust ?
    Does anyone have a solution on how do I fix my phone ? I'm out of ideas...

      Hi,
      I am the owner of Chinese Huawei Hova CAZ-TL20 with firmware CAN-L12C409B130.
      It is soft-bricked after unsuccessful update to CAN-L12C409B341. I can access to fastboot and eRocovery for now.

      I tried to recover it via DC Phoenix (Method 1) and received with the follow errors:

        Repair guide https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial make sure you follow it through and repair vendor and country before flashing other types of firmwares into phone otherwise it simply won't work. If phones does not boot up then need to do method 2.

          You can't flash random firmwares into phone, at least not before you repair country/vendor which you can't do if phone does not boot up. There is board software/factory firmware on support area accessed from dc-phoenix for your phone.

              Hello.

              Iam trying to fix my Huawei p9plus with dc phoenix, everything nwent fine but when the phone starts upagain it starts in erecoverey where the package info fails, here is the log :

                      NXT is for Mate 8, if you pay 0 attention to what's written in guide your chances to succeed in repairing anything are non-existent. You need to use board software for your phone model.

                          After trying to reflash my phine Huawei Mate 9 Pro LON-AL00 to LON-L29CC636 phone started to loop boot. I booted in fastboot mode. then received status Phone Locked and FRP Lock. I`ve tryed to reflash with standart method with DC Phoenix with LON-AL00B_C00B225_Firmware_China_Nonspecific_Android7. 0_EMUI5.0.APP. Everything was fine, but durind recovery partition reflash phone powered off and flash process continued forever, was waiting for 5 hours. Phone now is not reacting to vol +, vol - and power buttons. Any Ideas what to do?

                            If phone doesn't go into fastboot and not visible in device manager then you would need to do method 3 from guide with testpoints.
