Whenever I try to download DC Phoenix I get an error on the download DC_Phoenix_v50 "Failed - Network error" error message in Google Chrome, what am I doing wrong?

I have purchased the DC Phoenix license from the main site and have tried the download links from this forum post and the support site. The download starts but before the download finishes it errors.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

I am able to download DC_Phoenix_v48 from the Support Area, but not version 49 or 50. So it seems like this is a problem with the backend itself - is anyone able to look into this?

Because when I try to use version 48, a dialogue box says that I have to download the newest version, which I can not do.

Odd, all downloads are working fine. Try clearing your browsers cache/cookies, can try different browser as well.

I tried to restore my Honor 9 (STF-L09) but I get error messages in DC Phoenix... I bought 15 Credits to do it..

Ok I tried again... this time only some things failed but after it went to restart my smartphone now total destroyed,,, doesn't turn on anymore, only black screen not even fastboot mode or anything can be opened, no leds just dead... :/

Means that something incorrect was flashed into it. If phone does not go into any mode then maybe possible to flash it while connected via testpoints if it has them as we do not know for this phone model.

I used tanford-L09_C432B130_Firmware_Belgium_Germany_France_Nethe rlands_Portugal_Switzerland_Spain_Italy_Austria_Po land_Denmark_Finland_Czech_Republic_Hungary.APP

My smartphones is the Honor 9 STF-L09.... should be the right firmware..

I just used DC Phoenix on my Honor 9 which was originally AL-10 to change to L09 with the ROM:
- Stanford-L09_C432B130_Firmware_Belgium_Germany_France_Nethe rlands_Portugal_Switzerland_Spain_Italy_Austria_Po land_Denmark_Finland_Czech_Republic_Hungary
and the customisation file:
- Stanford-L09_C432B130_update_data_customization_hw_eu

And it worked fine. I did have problems with the first run through but I had accidentally opened two instances of DC Phoenix. On the run through that worked I didnt have any other apps on my laptop open, full phone battery, closed all anti virus things etc etc.

DC Phoenix was a life saver.

You should try to put it into fastboot (even though screen is black) many phones enter it regardless in what condition device currently is. Phone should appear somehow in device manager even if it isn't fastboot mode port.

why is the download always slow ? i tried downloading the firmware using 2 different network and still get the same speed and always 12 hours and greater download time. is it the my connection or the server problem

Possibly server reaching download limit peak as many people downloading firmwares.
