Plz, explain is it possible to rebrand Honor 7c Pro from LND-AL30 to LND-L29.
I have 1 problem: after writing oeminfo and change country settings I cannot flash phone via fastboot (command not allowed) bcz
there is FRP lock. Then i write back chinese OEMINFO FRP lock disappeared, but I need to rebrand...
How many credits I need to flash phone? Or only timed licence?

There is no guarantee that it is possible to do it. Think you would need to flash it via dc-phoenix.

I am a bit confused about DC-Unlocker being able to do bootloader unlock on P10 Plus Model: VKY-L09 Build number: VKY-L09 8.0.0.327 (C654)
On the DC-Unlocker webpage warning says it is not supported (Huawei P10 plus VKY-xxx upgraded to Android 8x not supported), but some users on XDA say it worked for them.
So, which one is it? Not updated webpage or users not exactly knowing what they are doing?
Is there any other way to unlock the bootloader on this firmware?

About 99% that it won't work. Some are lucky since their mobiles run old security.
