I was skeptical at first to purchase the timed license but boy was I wrong! I am finally able to get the bootloader code after 1 full day of hunting the fix for the below error. BTW, I am using Kirin 970 device COR-AL00.
I closely followed the same steps as cellenser did, but was getting the error code regardless of using custom firmware files or bypassing the version check. What worked at the end was downgrading my EMUI version from 9.1 to 9.0 using HiSuite. There was someone else in another blog/forum who had luck trying out downgrading each version until it worked in EMUI 4.0 for another device. But for me, it worked in the first downgrade itself to version 9.0. My assumption is that any stock firmware will do but it has to be major version numbers like 9.0, 10.0 etc... Available offline firmware packages is 9.1.0.133 and 9.1.0.151.
Version 9.1.0.260 available only as Full OTA (no offline package).
Downgrade is impossible (because BASE_VERLIST error).

I tried to use DC-Phoenix v153 on my linux machine using Wine 6.0 but unfortunately software cannot see device. I borrowed W10 PC but cannot use DC-Phoenix because have notice "software locked to other PC"
How can I fix it and use software on different PC?

Today I tried v158 version and have notice "user error" on my Linux Wine.
Can I do it on my phone using "huawei Bootloader unlock" using windows credentials?
So to be clear, can you please advise to me how can I unlock my Huawei Bootloader (already not done) by any way provided by dc-unlocker when the credentials seems to be locked for only one PC which in fact I cannot use?
