So, how do I proceed to unlock the bootloader permanently?
I've used DCPhoenix to activate testpoint and unlocked the bootloader temporarily.
After that, I tried to unlock it via fastboot flashing unlock (FAILED (remote: check password failed!)).

I also tried to unlock it via HCU and DC-Unlocker which didn't seem to work.

Is there a tutorial which steps I have to do to unlock the bootloader permanently on my device?

If you read the code . You should be able to boot the phone to fastboot, and then in commandprompt use “fastboot oem unlock (your code)
enable OEM unlock and ADB Debug in settings first

But where do I get the Bootloader Code for my P30?
Huawei is not giving out any bootloader codes anymore.

      EDIT:
      Followed this tutorial: https://hcu-client.com/huawei-bootlo...via-testpoint/
I put the Phone into Software Testpoint mode and use the Fastboot/Xloader Rerpair mode to set "Bootloader lock" and "FBLOCK" to unlocked.
Also checking the "Reboot after Repair" and hitting "Repair".

      This pops up:
      Code:
      2021-01-29 11:41:25.254 Repairing...
2021-01-29 11:41:25.679 Write FBLOCK for this model not supported, skipped!
      2021-01-29 11:41:25.688 Write partition oeminfo...
2021-01-29 11:41:28.598 Write partition oeminfo success!

      2021-01-29 11:41:28.677 Unlock restrictions success!

      2021-01-29 11:41:28.704 Reboot success!
      2021-01-29 11:41:28.712 Done!
After hitting "Read phone info" again, it shows me (as expected?):
      Code:
      FBLOCK: 1
      Bootloader FB lock: unlocked
      Bootloader User lock: unlocked
Switching back to DC-Phoenix, I disabled the software tespoint.
Now when I start my phone into bootloader-mode (adb reboot bootloader), it still shows PHONE and FRP as Locked...

      Any idea?

Also @Admins, could you please extend my license until we've figured out how to get it to work finally?

Code not available for p30 only direct unlock - what you did. We are currently checking the problem you described on our side, for time being will do a refund of your purchase or can freeze account until there is more info about it and extend license afterwards. Please let us know.

Account freeze wouldn't be the best idea, I guess. It states it works for only 5 more hours. That means I've wasted ~2days and 19hours without getting any positive results :S

Not sure but it seems USER LockState stays at "UNLOCKED" now.
OEM get bootinfo also shows "unlocked".

FB LockState seems to lock itself after reboot, even when using "Unlock FRP by Testpoint". The other method (Unlock FRP in Update or FB Mode) doesn't work.

Tried to unlock the FRP in HCU in testpoint-fastboot mode, which gave me "2021-01-29 11:41:25.679 Write FBLOCK for this model not supported, skipped!"

            I'd really appreciate it!

Your problem is not the same, you just need to do what i wrote to overcome it. There is nothing else from us to try, you need correct firmware file and use either method b or c from enable testpoint guide.

Hmm ok, would a firmware file for the dload sdcard upgrade method work?

If it's not OTA type file then yes, it would work.
