I dont really care if I get a refund, but it would be beneficial if the license can be expanded for a longer time, to allow helping with issue tracking and solving the issue.

None of the firmwares you tried are suitable you need stock rom firmwares not OTA update ones, those are useless. And keep in mind that software testpoint works only up to 10.0 otherwise downgrade necessary first. Both devices were tested many times by users and it definitely works. How do I get the Stock Rom of it?
Downgraded it via HiSuite by installing ELE-LGRP2-OVS 10.0.0.195

So, how do I proceed to unlock the bootloader permanently?
I've used DCPhoenix to activate testpoint and unlocked the bootloader temporarily.
After that, I tried to unlock it via fastboot flashing unlock (FAILED (remote: check password failed!)).
I also tried to unlock it via HCU and DC-Unlocker which didn't seem to work.
Is there a tutorial which steps I have to do to unlock the bootloader permanently on my device?
